about

Turn the Tap Off [1973] – For the first time in modern history, the whole western world was influenced by events in "another part of the world" instead of the opposite. The year was 1973 and this instrumental track wishes to capture the atmosphere around another milestone during the 1900s when another armed conflict in the Middle East led to the scattered "oil crisis" in the West. However, in its best results, it became an eye-opener for our dependence on fossil fuels and the beginning of seeking better alternatives.
